We are a team of experts who, since 2009, have been designing and delivering research, evaluation, and training projects.
Our company was established out of the need to combine scientific knowledge with a practical approach to complex social and market challenges. We work in a project-based model — for each assignment, we create a dedicated team of specialists perfectly matched to the client’s needs and objectives.
We collaborate with sociologists, researchers, evaluators, trainers, interviewers, translators, and analysts. This enables us to carry out even the most complex initiatives while maintaining high quality and operational flexibility.

How We Work
We don’t operate based on rigid templates. Each project is approached individually — starting with an in-depth assessment of needs, through co-designing the process, and ending with reports and recommendations ready for implementation. Our goal is not only to deliver data but also to provide real support in making better decisions.
In our daily research practice, we adhere to the ESOMAR guidelines, the evaluation standards of the Polish Evaluation Society, and the principles of research accessibility for people with disabilities.
